About this position
We were seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to help shape user-centered products across enterprise platforms, websites, and mobile applications. The role involved translating business requirements into clear, accessible, and visually refined interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research and usability reviews to inform design decisions
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
- Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user testing
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and/or mobile design work
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and interaction design
- Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints
- Based in or willing to work from Kabul, Afghanistan
Nice to have
- Experience designing dashboards or enterprise software
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and design handoff workflows
- Experience working with agile product teams
